Held in a safe, grounded container, you’ll be guided through an powerful journey of breath and sound designed to quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation. Through conscious, rhythmic breathing and immersive soundscapes, the body is invited out of survival mode and into a state of presence, safety, and connection.

This experience is less about “doing” and more about allowing — creating space for the body to release stored tension, soften protective patterns, and reconnect to its own innate intelligence. The Breath leads you beyond the limits of the mind.

Each session is carefully facilitated to honor individual capacity, offering both structure and freedom within the experience. No prior breathwork experience is needed — only a willingness to listen, feel, and trust the process.

What to have during a session:

  • Journal/pen

  • yoga mat (we have brand new high quality yoga mats available for $25 if you do not already have one)

  • comfortable clothes (lounging/yoga)

  • water

  • Yoga Bolster for low back comfort

  • Blanket or throw: Body Temperatures drop during breathwork. We highly recommend a blanket.

  • Eye mask (We have branded ones available for $5 if you do not have one).

  • Journal for any insights, downloads, thoughts/feelings/etc. that came up during the session
