This guided breathwork session is a sacred container for you to meet your grief with compassion, presence, and breath in the comfort of your own space.
Using a deep diaphragmatic circular breathing technique, this journey is designed to support the release of held emotion, soften the weight of loss, and create space for integration and peace. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a version of yourself, or simply navigating the complex emotions that come with change—this session will hold you.
Through intentionally layered music, trauma-informed guidance, and somatic release cues, you’ll be gently led inward to move what words often cannot touch.
